Crisis management:

Real Life example:

Bank holiday weekend: Friday night 19:00.

Call received from client: Large office block circa 1960s construction sustained heavy flooding from 3rd level floor.

Within 1 Hour Forensic Cleaning NI on site.

Surveyed site: Prelim Health and Safety Survey, identified risks including but not limited to live electric sockets exposed to water, office staff wearing wrong conductive footwear, risk to computers etc, supporting the onsite electrician all areas made safe.

Client had requested immediate delivery of dehumidifiers and water lifting equipment but due to the bank holiday, the hire company failed to deliver. Once this failure was recognised Forensic Cleaning NI provided their own equipment to reduce the water exposure. The following morning as part of their cleaning process, Forensic Cleaning NI trained technicians spotted what appeared to be a broken lump of asbestos sitting behind a panel. They promptly reacted and cleared the area, sealed the area off and secured a number of samples for further diagnostics which was duly sent to their lab for examination. With this hazardous area being sealed off and made safe, the remedial works were able to continue.

With the swift and professional processes employed by Forensic Cleaning NI, the damage was reduced to a minimum. Business interruption due to flood was non existent as the water damaged offices were fit for use the next working day.

From client: “As the client I am very happy to say that we were very surprised at the very quick recovery that was achieved and to a very high standard. I left the site on Friday night as a total mess over / floors and returned on Tuesday morning to a completely dry environment that allowed electricians to carry out their tests quicker than expected. In addition, the quick and professional way in which you both discovered and dealt with the subsequent asbestos find was impressive.”

Reputational damage and Review Trolls removals

With businesses all relying on the internet some "TROLLS" feel the need to try to damage reputations, this can not only harm your business but can agitate mental health problems for the owners, staff and customers of the business targeted.

Subject to the style of threat and "Trolling" we can recommend a number of independent companies who help manage and remove these unfounded threats.
